RJYouthworker is designed as an ever-growing, ever-changing resource for all those who work with Reform Jewish youth. Whether you are a congregational full time Jewish youth worker, youth advisor, clergy or a Jewish lay volunteer, you will find this site to be an invaluable portal for Jewish youth workers and your work with Jewish teens. Like the Jewish teens you serve, RJYouthworker.org will grow and change as material is continually added. Here you will find program materials, resource banks, and valuable articles that will support and enhance you in your work as an informal Jewish youth worker in your community.
